Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with La Maison. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you wish to return an item for a refund or an exchange, please see the instructions below. 

Returns

You have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, complete with brand tags in place, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note we cannot be held accountable for clothes have been washed incorrectly. We always advise washing at a maximum of 30 degrees and drying naturally and not in a tumble dryer. Parcels that are returned after the 14 calendar days have elapsed may be eligible for an exchange instead, but this is at our discretion. No returns or exchanges are accepted for pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please ensure that your return parcel contains a note with your full name and your order number on it so we know who to refund.

The return address is 7 Keepers Walk, Virginia Water GU25 4RU.  You can also return items in person to this address.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and we have confirmed it is in it’s original condition, we will notify you and a refund will be initiated via your original method of payment through Stripe

You will receive a credit back into your account within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. This is something we have absolutely no control over, as it is a banking process.

Return Shipping

Please note we do not offer a free returns service. La Maison are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received here at the studio. Items returned but lost in transit cannot be refunded.  Please return your order to us by Royal Mail and keep a proof of postage. Failure to return by this method will result in us being unable to refund in the event of the parcel going missing.
